Lord Aeck Sargent collaborated closely with Delegate Advisors' firm leadership to develop an elegant office suite that embodies the refined yet innovative aspirations of the brand. The office offers a welcoming environment for the financial planning start-up's successful clientele. The design encompasses 8,800 square feet of offices, conference rooms, support spaces, and reception areas in a multi-tenant LEED Platinum building in Chapel Hill, seamlessly integrating opportunities for future growth. Lord Aeck Sargent provided comprehensive services, including architecture, interior design, and furniture selection and procurement for this project.
