Marquee Club

The Fox Theatre's Marquee Club, designed in collaboration with Lord Aeck Sargent, represents the largest single revitalization effort since the theatre's grand opening in 1929. This premium event space, adjacent to the historic Fox Theatre, seamlessly combines a homage to the theatre's rich history with modern luxury. The club features a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the Fox marquee and Peachtree Street, while inside, guests can enjoy an exclusive lounge with curated food and beverage offerings. Drawing inspiration from the theatre's architectural heritage, the Marquee Club showcases a blend of Moorish, Arabic, Art Nouveau, and Art Deco influences. The meticulous restoration process utilized innovative 3D scanning techniques to capture the intricate details of the original building, enabling precise design and preservation efforts. Despite challenges, such as unforeseen structural conditions, the project was completed without disrupting the theatre's operations, exemplifying a harmonious balance between historic preservation and contemporary design.
