The Convocation Center at the University of North Georgia's Dahlonega campus is a versatile facility designed to host a wide range of academic, athletic, and community events. Situated atop a low knoll, the center includes a modern, flexible event space for up to 4,000 guests, as well as instructional and meeting spaces that cater to the needs of the Health and Physical Education and Military Science programs. Additional features include academic offices, classrooms, an athletic training clinic lab, and support spaces. The project also involves the renovation of 15,000 square feet within the historic Memorial Hall. This center, developed in collaboration with Rossetti Architects, provides a vital hub for student and community engagement, overlooking the Drill Field and enhancing the southern side of the campus.

"Last evening, the BOR Real Estate and Facilities staff presented an Innovation Award to the Convocation Center project. This could not have happened without the tireless efforts of the entire team that supported, designed, constructed, and managed this project. Thank you very much for everything you and your team did to provide this transformational facility to UNG."
