10th Street Park

In partnership with the Midtown Alliance, Lord Aeck Sargent reimagined a compact urban park at the busy intersection of 10th and Peachtree in Atlanta. The design introduces three distinct outdoor "rooms"—a game area, a play structure, and a fenced dog park—crafted to encourage both active engagement and peaceful relaxation. Enhancing the park's cultural vibrancy, the layout includes two sculptures and a vivid mural by artist Jasmine Nicole Williams. At its heart, sculptural seating, equipped with color-shifting LED lights, creates a flexible, visually dynamic environment for the community.
