Corners Connector Trail

Lord Aeck Sargent played a leading role in planning and designing the Corners Connector Trail as a key component of the Peachtree Corners Livable Centers Initiative. Collaborating closely with ALTA Planning & Design, the firm contributed to the vision for a 10-mile network within the Technology Park Trails Master Plan, aiming to enhance connectivity through pedestrian-focused infrastructure. The initial segment introduces a roughly mile-long, tree-lined path along Technology Park Lake, carefully integrated to preserve existing natural features. This phase establishes a pedestrian link across major district thoroughfares, advancing plans for a future, continuous route from Technology Park to the Peachtree Corners Town Center. Through a site-sensitive design approach, Lord Aeck Sargent addressed both ecological and community access objectives, setting a framework for future development along the trail.
