30Six NoDa (formerly Novel NoDa)

Lord Aeck Sargent designed the transit-oriented, mixed-use development at the 36th Street Lynx Blue Line light rail station in Charlotte's NoDa district. Phase I of the 30Six NoDa project includes 344 apartment residences, 8,000 square feet of street-level retail space, an extended light rail platform, an open plaza, and a 175,490-square-foot above-ground pre-cast parking deck. Residents benefit from a range of community amenities such as an outdoor terrace, private rail lobby, dog wash station, resident workshop, clubroom, fitness center, and private courtyards featuring a pool, grilling area, green space, and fire pits. The design incorporates sustainability principles, including high-performance energy-efficient systems and minimal site disturbance.
