Spectrum on Spring

Spectrum on Spring is a multifamily and mixed-use development located between the Downtown Connector and Spring Street in Midtown Atlanta. The project features five stories of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments with amenities above a 13,500 square foot retail base, incorporating integrated parking. The upper residential floors are constructed with a wood frame and clad in lightweight materials, complemented by vibrant paint schemes, while the lower concrete floors are finished with grey brick and stone, referencing the site's natural granite. The development promotes pedestrian-friendly urban corridors, and its proximity to workplaces, shopping, and entertainment facilitates alternative transportation options like biking, mass transit, and ride-sharing. This context-driven design addresses the site’s unique conditions, emphasizing sustainability through local landscaping and efficient water and energy systems. The project successfully navigates the site's challenging granite substrate and varying grades, providing a dynamic yet harmonious addition to Midtown's urban fabric.
