Situated within walking distance of key urban amenities such as the Bricktown Entertainment District, Automobile Alley, and Midtown, the development integrates seamlessly into the vibrant city fabric. The design, in collaboration with the Downtown Design District planning authority, incorporates urban streetscape details that enhance the pedestrian experience. Each apartment is equipped with modern, energy-efficient appliances, quartz countertops, and in-unit laundry facilities, ensuring a high standard of living. Additionally, residents benefit from shared amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, a saltwater pool, and a clubroom, fostering a sense of community and convenience within the urban setting.
