Wellory Living at MidCity

Wellory Living at MidCity is a pioneering net-zero energy multifamily residential development designed by Lord Aeck Sargent. The six-story development, covering 4.2 acres, features 328 apartment units and 13,582 square feet of ground-floor retail space, including amenities like a clubhouse, co-working spaces, and outdoor terraces. Energy-efficient features such as high-performance insulation, triple-pane windows, geothermal heating and cooling, and rooftop solar panels have been integrated to minimize energy consumption and generate renewable energy. This project is part of the larger MidCity District, incorporating retail, dining, and entertainment options, emphasizing sustainability and reducing the carbon footprint while lowering energy costs for residents.
